About Us

Our Principal Broker, Rollie J Litteral, originally got his license to be a professional real estate licensee in Hawaii in February 2004. When the three year requirement was up so he could upgrade to being a broker, he attempted the examination and passed on the first try. He quickly became a Broker in Charge of an office for a franchise and within 18 months, opened Royal Palm Properties, Inc. to serve the people of the District of Ka’u.

Along the way, Rollie was asked to teach continuing education courses for the two local boards on the island. To prepare himself, he has completed the following National Association of REALTORS designation and certification courses:

Accredited Buyer’s Representative / ABR®

Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager / CRBsm

Broker Price Opinion Resource (BPOR)

Day 2 provides hands-on discovery of business tech tools, such as an e-strategy, micro-blogging and NAR resources. Students will be awarded the e-PRO® certification upon completion of both days.
